Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates is now accepting new patients to all of our clinic locations. Our podiatry and wellness services can help discover and treat conditions that affect your feet and lower legs. Read on for new patient info from FASA.
Even though we are a specialized clinic, our patients will go through the typical processes of a first doctor’s visit. As soon as you get to our office, we will give you some forms to fill out, so we suggest you show up around 15 minutes before your actual appointment time. Some of the forms may include a medication list, a patient history form or a questionnaire about the current symptoms you are experiencing.
During your appointment, our podiatrists will discuss your forms and your reasons for visiting us. To start the diagnosis process, they may look at your movement, range of motion and check the stability of your shoes. If you made a specific appointment for bunions, ingrown toenails or fungal infections, our doctors will treat them at this first appointment.
We are contracted with all WA insurance plans. There are some out-of-state plans we are not contracted with; if you fall into this category, please contact our office, and we will be happy to assist you.
Like in other doctor’s offices, you’ll want to bring the following items with you to your appointment:
